London Zu believes in offering an impeccable service (we know it’s an old fashioned idea) and we source our gifts and jewellery from small independent UK companies wherever possible. We sell at a reasonable price (a price that keeps us in business and you, our customer happy – not ripped off).

We don’t over price our ranges then slash them to dupe customers into believing in a 70% off sale. But we do price fairly and only reduce the price when an item is being discontinued or is down to a few items. So if we say it’s a sale price you can be sure you are getting a true bargain.

We know times are tough so we’ve introduced a loyalty card which gives you a stamp for every £10 pound spend and rewards you with a 10% discount when the card is full. We do not collect your data, or fill up your email inbox with spam. However, if you want to join our mailing list we will send out no more than one email every couple of months to tell you what we’re up to, what’s new and sometimes offer you an additional voucher to use in store.
